Kinnoull Station is 25 minutes from Wellington CBD on a sealed road. It
has 1.8 km of coastline on Wellington's south coast.
Connected to the south coast by both the Karori stream and a private all-weather road. The largest windfarm in NZ, Westwind, is on the west side of Kinnoull Station and Long Gully Station is to the east.
