LOT 12

Lot 12.  A new home on either building site in addition to the exisiting bach on Long Beach, is permitted.

Conservation Covenants

To preserve and protect the inherent value of this land, Lot 12 has a conservation covenant in favour of the Department of Conservation – ‘Te Wai-Komaru Conservation Covenant’.

Building Sites

There are two potential building sites marked on the map. The owner of Lot 12 will choose one of those sites in which to build. Consent has been granted to allow the existing bach on Long Beach in addition to a dwelling on the chosen building site.

Coastline

The coastline that takes in the whole of Windy Bay and the point called the Frying Pan marked Area ‘F’ on the subdivision plan. A recent sand dune restoration project has benefited this unique area. Lot 12 contains a bach on Long Beach. The occupant currently pays a Licence to Occupy which can be renewed on an annual basis.
