Building Sites

There are two potential building sites marked on the map. The owner of Lot 12 will choose one of those sites in which to build. Consent has been granted to allow the existing bach on Long Beach in addition to a dwelling on the chosen building site.

Coastline

The coastline that takes in the whole of Windy Bay and the point called the Frying Pan marked Area �F� on the subdivision plan. A recent sand dune restoration project has benefited this unique area.
